Rubber Gasket Manufacturing Process

From raw material to finished product — discover how we manufacture precision rubber gaskets.

01

Raw Material Selection

We source 100% virgin rubber compounds from certified suppliers. Each batch is tested for consistency, purity, and physical properties before being approved for production.

02

Mixing & Compounding

Raw rubber is precisely formulated with curing agents, accelerators, fillers, and plasticizers using two-roll mills and internal mixers to achieve the exact compound formulation required for your application.

03

Compression Moulding

The compounded rubber is placed in precision-engineered steel moulds and compressed under controlled heat (typically 150-180°C) and pressure to cure and form the gasket with exact dimensional accuracy.

04

Die Cutting

For custom shapes and non-standard profiles, we use precision die-cutting and CNC water-jet cutting technology to achieve tight dimensional tolerances (±0.2mm) on any gasket geometry.

05

Quality Inspection

Every gasket undergoes rigorous quality control including dimensional verification, hardness testing (Shore A), visual inspection, and leak testing where required. We maintain 100% inspection records.

06

Packing & Dispatch

Gaskets are carefully packed in protective materials to prevent transit damage. Each package is labeled with material grade, size, batch number, and date of manufacture for full traceability.

Quality Assurance

Our Quality Control Standards

ISO 9001 Certified

Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified with documented procedures for every process.

Dimensional Inspection

All gaskets are checked against specifications using calibrated measuring instruments.

Hardness Testing

Shore A durometer testing on every production batch to ensure correct material properties.

Full Traceability

Each batch is assigned a unique code with complete material and production records.
