Full face gaskets cover the entire flange face with bolt holes, providing maximum sealing surface area for low-pressure applications. Ring gaskets (also called ring joint gaskets) fit inside the bolt circle and are used for higher-pressure applications, typically in API and ANSI rated flanges.
For high-temperature applications, we recommend Silicone (-60°C to 230°C) for food-grade applications and Viton (FKM, -20°C to 200°C) for chemical/oil environments. Both maintain their sealing properties at elevated temperatures.

There is no MOQ for standard size gaskets. For custom gaskets, typical MOQ is 10-50 pieces depending on complexity. We welcome prototype and sample orders — contact us for details.

Silicone gaskets offer superior temperature resistance (-60°C to 230°C) and are FDA approved for food contact. Nitrile gaskets provide excellent oil and fuel resistance up to 120°C at a lower cost, making them ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
We manufacture rubber gaskets in standard thicknesses of 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, and 5.0mm. Custom thicknesses from 0.5mm to 12mm can be manufactured on request for specific applications.
